The Total Mobility Freedom Program is a free exercise program designed to help you get from very little mobility to being able to do the things you love again! This 13-week program starts you on a journey to control your own life both physically and mentally!
Phase 1 of the Mobility Freedom Program is designed to take you from the couch to being able to do five 60-minute walks a week!
The program is rooted in building you up from the ground up starting with your toes, feet, and ankles -- Phase 1 is laying the foundation for the rest of the program! Once you complete Phase 1 of the Total Mobility Freedom Program you will be ready to pass your test to proceed onto Phase 2 of the Total Mobility Freedom Program!
Phase 1 Total Mobility Freedom Test will be a 12-week long challenge to see if you have succeeded in attaining the ability to walk five times a week for 60-minutes!
If you can consistently walk 60-minutes five times a week for 12 weeks then you will be able to achieve your goal weight, goal strength, and goal health that will be the foundation for the rest of your life!
I know this exercise program will show you that you can do the things you love again pain-free!
